Sim-Learning

The Sim-Learning’s final objective is to acquire and validate the knowledge in the domains of didactic and simulation methodologies and technologies useful to the development of a distance-learning environment which meets the requirements of inductive- experiential didactic model and makes use of scientific virtual experiments, simulations and business-games.

MOMA is engaged in the Sim-Learning project with research and development activities finalised to the extension of a modular and service-oriented application framework for the distance learning in different application domains of interest.

In particular it deals with aspects relating to the knowledge representation, the creation of personalised courses, the users profiling automization, the definition of architectural solution for the functionalities extension, the study and implementation of didactic and simulation methodologies and technologies for the development of scientific virtual experiments, simulation and business-games in 2D and/or 3D and their presentation according to the didactic inductive-experiential model.
