Study Days for Polo di Eccelenza L&K

Synergies between Facoltà di Medicina and Poli di Eccellenza of University of Salerno, in the framework of Research and Innovation in Life Sciences, are the kernel of the study and exchange day organised by Polo di Eccellenza L&K (Learning & Knowledge) on the agenda for 16th December 2005, Aula delle Lauree - Facoltà di Ingegneria in Fisciano, starting from 11.00 pm. Prof. Saverio Salerno, coordinator of the Centro di Eccellenza (Centre of Excellence) will be the chairman of the Conference which will also see the participation of On. Storace, Italian Ministry of Health, and other Italian Universities Rectors.

Workshop on the IMS Learning Design standard

Dr Bill Oliver (Director of the CETIS, JISC and Bolton Institute) will hold a workshop about the IMS Learning Design standard. Opportunity is given not only to know the state of the art of the use and/or experimentation of this new standard (with particular reference to the technological impact) but also to understand how such standard (crucial for the learning area) ranks among all the other national and European initiatives.
