The project, realised in the framework of the EC Programme LEADER II, P.A.L. - Piano d'Azione Locale del G.A.L. Terminio Cervialto - Azione A.2 - Attività A.2.1 "Formazione professionale e aiuti all'assunzione", has had as its main objective to create a connection between job demand and offer in the area of reference.

The “Occupational Agency” project, has tried to fill the gap existing today in the job market for the G.A.L Terminio Cervialto area.

The structure of the “Agenzia di Occupazione” has been realised through the following phases:
- Information retrieval about organisations offering job
- Realisation of a web-based databank, containing the curricula, the characteristics and the specific needs of job offer, to be exploited by potential employers.

Moreover, the project aims at:
- Controlling the local job market through the offer monitoring
- Supplying advanced services of orientation and support to people searching for occupation
- Activating synergies with the main local actors.
